Calendar and Schedule

Thorne Nature Preschool runs Monday through Friday, with two, three, and five-day enrollment options available (T/Th, MWF, and M-F accordingly).

Program Hours: The school day runs from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with options for early care (8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) and extended care (2:00pm to 3:30pm)

Early Care & Extended Care

Early care is available from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Extended Care is available from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

During extended care, children are offered the option of napping or indoor quiet time. The children then have the opportunity to play outside at the Lafayette Nature Center as weather allows.

Families can choose two, three, and five-day options for either early or extended care. However, the schedule must be consistent throughout the year (ex: if your child attends preschool Monday through Friday, you could choose additional care for all five days, M/W/F, or T/TH.)
